Dismantling a sphera

Anyone know how to take the new type sphera's apart?

I have popped the plastic lense out of 3 pairs now, 1 is the old type and can be pretty much pulled apart, but the new type is being a tad problematic, I cant seem to get the side clips (that you feed the strap through) of the mask front, and dont want to force/break it incase I am being stoopid and there is a nice easy way.

Tim spent a good 30 minutes trying to fix his broken mask before training last night. Then he ended up doing 'angry' statics. It wasn't a pretty sight. Someone please help him.

I had similar problems. On my old one, it was no problem, but somehow I could not get the new one properly opened.

But I was able to wiggle the lenses back with some patience and trial and error. First I took the whole silicone off, then put the lenses on, then the frame on top of that...Maybe if all else fails.

Finally figured the little bugger out.

Old and new are exactly the same inside, just think they made them a bit better / tighter fit where they clip together.

If anyone else is trying, you can seperate the mask plastic from the buckle plastic by bending them apart. Where the buckle joins the mask there is a split in the mask plastic, with a larger and smaller part. Bend t buckle back(as if towards the face) next to the larger part of mask plastic, it does feel like the mask will break but at one point it bends enough get past a small bit of plastic inside, and then it should release and be able to pull away from the mask. It made a little click at the time, but still feels I am putting it under alot of stress, might be a better way of doing but it worked.

From 0 to 3 spheras in 1 hour, come on........
