Hello,

I am a 53-year old fitness and conditioning coach and keen freediver, based in Malaysia. A former competitive swimmer, I am now very much into dynamic apnea with fins & no fins... and slowly improve my personal bests... I am struggling with using the right weight either on a belt or in creating my own neck weight... I usually train without a wetsuit and my height is 1.83 for 77 kg. What would be the ideal weight a/ for my neck weight b/ for my belt?
I believe that the neck weight would allow better hydro-dynamism via a more horizontal position.
Last question: what dive computer (because at my advanced age, a dive computer seems easier to read than a simple watch) would you recommend me to purchase in order to train best in the pool but also to start freediving at sea?
Many thanks for your kind response.
Best regards / Stay safe
LJ
Many thanks in advance
