Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize daily dive trips, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Conduct scuba diving courses, including entry-level to professional certifications, according to training agency standards.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Foster a culture of ocean conservation and sustainable diving practices.
Qualifications:
- Certified Padi Instructor, with current teaching status.
- Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual.
- Strong knowledge of dive safety procedures and emergency response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for marine conservation and commitment to eco-friendly practices.
- Retail sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, occasional night dives, and holidays.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the dive sites and marine life of St. Croix or the Caribbean.
- Equipment technician certification.
- Experience with reef restoration or ocean conservation initiatives.
