Recently diving with a buddy we are puzzled how Yasemin free dives with no fins, she is just awesome with this technique!!!! Seems that we waste a lot of energy with the legs. We dive easier just pushing ourselves with our hands. Any ideas on how to master this technique or, do any of you just dive without fins and just use your arms for opening and pushing? What is the importance of using both your hands and legs in this style the way the pros use it?

I know that kirk krack offers freediving courses in Miami and other places. His web page is

http://www.performancefreediving.com/team/kirk.html

or just put in the google engine search Kirk Krack and you will find his courses.

Sincerely,

PS I am from Honduras and Pipin Ferrera loves the Bay Islands in Honduras for freediving(Utila, Roatan and Guanaja)
