Does anyone have a good contact person at DiveInn / Scubastore, whom you know personally or at least have had helpful contact with?

I have an issue and I'm having problems getting in contact with anyone.

I'd PM Stephan. He helped me out with a suit order that they screwwed up a couple of summers ago. Since they advertise on his site he'd get you the quickest response.

Hi. I have just made a major order with these guys about 2 months ago and have to say they are completely useless!

Its a 1000 euro order and they keep emailing me a list of the things I have ordered and how long it is going to take to get each item. The most recent email says 20 Dec 2010!!! They have not replied to any of me emails on their website and I cannot get through by phone. I have been waiting for well over 6 weeks for my order to be shipped.

I would strongly warn anyone not to use DiveInn or Scubastore.com

I bought a freedive watch and protective cover from these guys over the net, sent to australia, they sent the items in two separate packages thereby charging me two lots of freight. I was also billed about $20 more on my credit card then the invoice amount.I have sent two emails to their customer service department but have not received a reply.NOT HAPPY!!

I've bought from them myself twice and had no trouble. They where excellent in all regards. hmmm must be a lucky dip. They where really good to me and everything came quite quickly I hope you get your problem gets fixed real quick buddy that must be annoying sorry to here that mate.

Kind regards

This type of problem gets reported every now & again on db, I have bought from them numerous times & can also report mixed results!
Sometimes the kit comes really quickly & smoothly & other times it has taken an age - I think these guys keep prices down (very often the cheapest on the net) by having a small staff.
I hope you guys get it all sorted in the end.

Have had similar issues with a recent large order. Half the stuff they dont seem to have in stock and never shows up
Their customer service use to be suite good but no longer the case
I won't be ordering from them in the future

Try to contact Adrian (db name) He lives very close to them, and is one of the nicest persons I ever met.
