Fantastic spot for diving is Carinthia (Austria) ... More than 200 great lakes are to be explored by interested divers.

The biggest of these natural highlights is the famous Woerthersee (max. depth 88m). There is a thick layer of sediment between 10 and 30 metres without any sight. Under the layer the sight is crystalclear. But naturally it's cold and dark like the night, so you need a torch, even if you dive at daylight.

Other highlights are Weissensee (depth 99m, Millstaettersee 148m, Klopeinersee 144m).
