Diving with Apnea Canaries - where to stay?

Me and some friends are looking at a week or so diving with Apnea Canaries in Tenerife, I was wondering of anyone on here has dived with these guys and could recommend somewhere to stay?

I stayed in Puerto de la Cruz and drove the 35 minutes to the dive site. But the weather is less sunny in that side of the island. I recommend that you ask Miguel. If you want to stay close to the dive center, he will give you all the info you need.
