Do you descale pollock?

I usually scrape the small scales off but caught one yesterday and might try keeping the scales on to see what it’s like.

I like pan frying with the skin on Usually and i eat the skin, will I even notice the scales?
 
If you plan to keep the scales on while cooking fish and you're used to eating the skin, you may not necessarily notice the scales as they are typically thin and small. However, it's still best to remove the scales before cooking to prevent any unpleasant texture or taste. Additionally, leaving the scales on can make it harder to properly season and cook the fish evenly.
