Aside from the opportunity to satisfy several fantasies simultaneously, how was the lake?

I may be biased having a background in cold water lake diving, but this place rocks - dead easy access (park your car and walk 10m), nice and warm and about 65m I think. Also has cool turkeys and turtles cruising around. Viz ain't bad either, both in and out of the water if you know what I mean

Interestingly, it's about 800m above sea level, be curious as to how that comes into play on a deeper dive (deep for us mortal type folk... and other beasty types).

Beware the fabled and lamented Danish Nemo Manfish (Dynamicus Viiking Bjornicus). Known to inhabit hot areas but whinges intensely in colder regions. Voracious appetite, has been known to eat a whole pig and drink the basting sauce separately. In fact, Dynamicus Bjornicus will choose a mate based on potential calorific intake said mate can provide. Mating call is a very high pitched "she's got legs...." ZZTop style. Loves carbon and rubber. If seen, people should carefully put Danish NemoManfish back in the water and wash their hands with soap.

Found some news from a local British news paper! reads

"Chepstow divers can finaly return to the water without fear of the Noble Quarry monster attacking! a recent photo surfaced prooving the Monstor ( nobleus maxiimus finnius) has finally left their waters for warmer climate. a local diver has given advise to the unfortunate divers of Queensland.

"just slide him a Pint of Cider and he'll go away"

so for all divers in Australia if you are unfortunate enough to encounter the Noble Quarry monster make sure you have ample supply of cider on hand. Good luck to you all.
