In keeping with tradition.

Having been silent for the past year and not posting here. I'm crawling out from under my rock, as I do every spring and posting a picture of my first fish of the season.

Looking forward to a good season ahead and catching up with you guys.

just a quick one guys had 2cuttles today one realy big one never seen 1bigger there was loads about never seen so many but only took 2 as stringer was reasonly full with two very good pollock and the good ols siler shiny fish :) 5mviz water nice and warm 12.57

hello all. its tyrel123 again. would it be possible to be put in the loop with spearo's in the bournemouth/dorset area, i am admittedly an amateur in the spearo world and would greatly appreciate the guidance tips from the more experienced

Indeed - total amateur!

The fact is that bass was too small, and it wasn't quite May (decided not to take bass before then). It had absolutely nothing to do with *shuffles feet, hands in pockets* just not seeing it!....

Perhaps it's time you hitched a ride on the Bass Burglar again to show me how it's done?!!

ps - Big Willi made a smoker so we hot smoked the fillets - jury is still out on the mullet :yack but the mackerel were sublime!
