My question is NOT about compering the distance. It's about compering... sensations (not sure if it's a right word).
When I apnea walk I pretty much can divide walk into 3 stages:
1. Easy walk.
2. Start of contractions - they get stronger and stronger, I can barely hold my breath. Definitely very hard one. In the past it was an end of my journey.
3. Contractions are regular but somehow weaker, manageable. On that stage I know I can walk further having only lactic + lack of oxygen to stop me.
Should I expect to see something similar in my Dynamic in swimming-pool? Once a week I train with buddy but try never to get beyond 50-60m, to not create unnecessary pressure on my buddy. That's a stage where my contractions usually start. Often I get some lactic then but it might be because I do this after whole training session rather than on the beginning.
So my question is directed towards people who do both: dynamic and walk. Would you say your apnea walk stages are similar to dynamic?
Thanks for any replies.
