Hello everyone. I'm completely new to freediving. I first heard about it about 2 weeks ago and it instantly fascinated me. I looked up a lot of theoretical information and started doing CO2 and O2 tables to improve my static. I have now in two weeks went from a 1:10 static to a 4:05 static by doing these tables, but I was wondering if any of you could recommend any other good dry routines, since I'm unfortunately not able to train at a pool or in water overall due to being quite busy studying.
I have tried apnea running, but my physical condition is not good enough for it. If it is of any relevance, I'm quite tall and skinny ( 6'4 and I weigh 143 lbs).
I'd greatly appreciate any tips or insight. Also, I was wondering how far I could approximately get (static apnea wise) by only doing dry training.
All feedback and tips are appreciated!
Thanks
