Hi all :)

I'd like to know how you guys do it when you go back to dry static training after not doing it for a while?

Lets say my co2 tables are now with 1.25 breathe up followed by a 2.10 hold. Is it unrealistic to start doing this (2.10 hold) again when I have stopped for, for example a week or two? Or should I reduce the hold and start from there, building it up again? I'm confused!

Thanks guys!:)

It's mostly psychological - start off with a good relaxation and easy breath up - then a couple easy holds and just go with how you feel. You will be up to speed very quickly. There won't be a long re-learning curve.
