ive been working on a Dive Apnea app in my iPad. I'm getting better at holding my breath but I know my technique is probably poor. But the question I have do any of you start yawning a bit in between your excercises? It seems like that is one of the first things that happen as I'm getting into the reps of the excercises. I'm pretty sure what I have been working on is the O2 tables.

Hi Luke

I am also a beginner and have been using the Breath Hold app and Apnea Trainer app on my iPad. I find same a you that I start to yawn a fair bit when I do O2 tables

Hi, maybe you guys are just tired? :)
Or is the yawning really related to the exercises?

Anyway, O2 tables are great, but I also do CO2 tables to get used to the feeling of contractions... (I'm AIDA 2*, but by all means: do consider me a beginner!)
