Let me know what you all think.
If we can't get wet every weekend, who is up for a bit of a hike somewhere incorporating some apnea walks/hikes?
Let me know as it could be a bit of fun as well as keeping us fit...

I have visions of us all lying on the floor unconscious half way up a mountain somewhere....
but yes that sounds like a laugh
I'm up for it!

Sounds good to me - will make me realise how unfit I am!!!

Sounds like a great idea. Mark and I are IN (well, he doesn't know this yet but, as his coach, gotta do the right thing... :p )

I'm into that. Nearest mountain would be the Brecon Beacons, I reckon. Lots of adventure sports available there as well if anyone fancies anything different. (e.g. see http://www.blackmountain.co.uk )

Dave - I have my new climbing shoes, so I'm going to be climbing at Crystal Palace regularly on Wedndesdays now, if you would like to join me.
