Hi,

Just a quick question for the pros regarding dyn trainning. Is the following programm beneficial or am I just loosing my time...?

take 10 breaths do 25m
take 9 breaths do 25m
take 8 breaths do 25

etc.. down to 3 breaths and then the opposite upto 10 breaths.

Is this right trainning or should I swap to an other programm?

Could be useful for swim technique training and CO2 tolerance.

I suggest you throw in some lactic acid training.

For example FRC dynamics of say 50m.
