...aand if finland does it sweden needs someone that goes past 200 aswell to avoid being squeezed between two 200m nations.

I'm doing my best to put together a more organized training schedule myself for exactly the same purpose, reaching new meters. It's not just easy with no help from a trainer or coach, but there's always something to find here I think it's quite crucial to set your self some goals and then work towards them. How about you others? Anyone good with planning training(and following the plans)?

As for the Nordic countries and 200m's: we norwegians feel left out! So there's only one thing to do about that

Ben, my dynamic training has also gone off the rails. Last time I tried, I finished as a gasping wreck - after an incredible 30m! :head

And now my arms are hurting, because yesterday I had to drag my suitcase to the station in the strong winds. Then the journey lasted about 4 hours because the transport was very bad and I had to get several trains, which were packed. I also managed to get trapped in a closing train door. I thought they open if something is in the way, but no, they just keep on closing. :crutch

Given a decent start list i think that the WC in slovenia will have a lot of 200m+ divers....
.....maybe even needed to get to the finals (male)? Perhaps there will be yet another woman joining the 200 lub aswell?

I am also trying to improve my meters in dynamic, most fun of all disciplines. The focus right now is on adjusting my technique to a new fin and building up strength to get the most out of the kick. Thank god we have a coach, who loves whipping us to exhaustion in a way I could never push myself on my own. But it is also important to know the areas where the coach's experience doesn't match your own. On every dive you need to rely on yourself to go far. Good luck to all 200m+ pursuers!

I do...But I also know that Eero is a frigging busy man. I'd venture a guess that in his priority list work comes before training and training comes before blogging (unlike me, I like to write first, then maybe train and finally, if there is time, I might do some work - If there is still time after that, he might make an update...But absolutely not if it compromises any of the above (+ personal relations, which we sometimes have to fit in a day too)
