Hi everyone, I am quite new to free diving and have spent several months doing static CO2 and O2 tables but as I intend to spearfish I have started on dynamic training on a static. Sorry for any ignorance...
I have been doing:
My question is once my heart rate drops how far am I through a maximal breath hold.
Hope this makes sense.
I have been doing:
- 1min cycle with 30sec breath hold repeats for bout 15mins (pulse at 120 dopping to 65ish)
- Static breath up with 1min cycling whilst holding my breath. ( pulse starting at 90 - warmed up first- then dropping 55) 6 repeats.
My question is once my heart rate drops how far am I through a maximal breath hold.
