I'm curious if more people are having this trouble:

Last 2 times I went freediving my right ear simply jams. First 2 or 3 dives are no problem, equalizing goes well, just warming up to 9 meters.
Then the next one I suddenly can't equalize my right ear anymore. I have to stop at 3.5 meters and turn back. I tried to go down really slowly and to equalize at every meter or so, but nothing works. Left ear no problem at all.
Could it be due to cold water? (13 degrees Celsius) or messy ear?
