Hi everyone,

I'm looking for these ebooks but can't find it anywhere:
1. Manual of Freediving (Umberto)
2. Breathing Techniques for Freedivers (Federico)

Do you know where can I get them or recommend alternative good ebooks on Freediving techniques?

As much as I like the real books, I'm currently travelling for a while so no fixed address and also don't want to add more weight/ bulk to my luggage. Tried the Freediving shop at Gili Trawangnan but the first title is not for sale.

More context: did freediving course when I was 11 (long time ago) but did most of my bottom time as a recreational scuba. I want now to go back to what I think is a 'superior' way of diving

Current freediving measures:
Static time: 3:20
Bottom time at 8m-10m deep: 45s to 55s.

Goal: double bottom time at same depth

Any help much appreciated

I've been wanting the same books as Ebooks. Kindle would do.
:)
But not (yet?) available... :-/

It is quite frustrating. It seems that the best titles are not available in eBook format even though we are in 2015! Would be great to download it from Amazon, iTunes or somewhere else.

Hi Stephan, thanks for your suggestion. I've read some reviews that breathology is more 'esoterical' compared to Breathing Techniques but for sure I will have something to learn.

Cheers
