Hi guys!

Does anyone equalise through this method. My personal physiology allows me to do that. But I wonder if it works at great depth, or if swallowing is basically a variation of the Frenzel technique.

Regards, gerard.

equalizing

i can equalize by moveing the bones in my ears.. well i think that is what it is.. its not swallowing. but i have found that as long as you contiually equalize on the way down and dont allow the pressure to build you should be cool at any depth.. that being said i also found out the hard way that this does not equalize your sinus's very well. so if you have a little blockage you are going to have to pinch your nose to get equaized.
hope that helps.

Hey Dru

I don't have any problem in my sinuses.

I have to swallow and it works. Lucky of me.

Regards, gerard.
