Hello everyone
I have been having an equalization problem for six months now and it seems that can’t get over it , for some reason I can’t equalize beyond 18 meters , it’s like hitting a wall and I have to come to the surface again . Honestly I don’t know what to do or what to follow.
I got 4 different opinions from 4 different diving instructors:
First one said, that I need to work on my relaxation and improve my Frenzel technique
Second one said , that I have to bring air from my lungs to my mouth in order for me to preform Frenzel at that depth
Third one said, just keep doing what you doing and do more dry equalization practice
Last one said , that my soft palates close and I need to know how to keep them open during my descent
To be honest with you guys I am soooooo frustrated and I thought seriously of quitting freediving for good specially when I saw a lot of beginners freedivers can easily dive to 27 meters expect me ....
