I need help to get straighten out here,

(described testing the techniques on surface)

When I am equalizing my ears using the Valsalva technique I get like a clean blowing sound in my ears. It feels like air is blowing out of my ears and they do not get "filled up". If I keep blowing I get the "filled up" feeling, but if I do quicker, harder (not too hard though) blows I get the air out, clean feeling. I can also hear a sound which is similar to making a small quick blow out of your mouth.

When I am using the Frenzel technique I get more of the "filled up" feeling and not that blowing sound.

Anyone else have experiencing this? Which is the correct why to do it? I am having huge difficulties to equalize when I get around 15-25 ft and I think it would be a great start for me to learn which is the correct way to equalize.

My 2p would be to keep working on Frenzel and skip Valsava altogether - it's an 'ugly' technique in general.

Not sure what you mean by 'clean' feeling but if I equalise dry (either valsava or frenzel) I get the 'filled up' feeling, assuming I push enough air into my ears.

You don't really need to fill this full feeling though in order to open the e-tubes, I suspect this 'full' feeling is your ear drum stretched outwards (so need to be careful).

I am no expert....
