Hi!

I have a question about equalising: why do my eyes start to hurt when I equalise usually at a depth of around 10 metres? This also happens when I equalise on a plane when my ears block when I equalise and I don't know why!

Your eyes might be hurting becuase you aren't equalising your mask. To do this, blow a little air through your nose into the mask every 2-3m as you descend to avoid the discomfort increasing. Is that what you wanted to know? I couldn't understand your question completely.

The plane equalising problem bums me. I haven't flown since I was 4 so I'm not capable in answering that question. Maybe others can comment. Hope this was helpful. Cheers
