Hallå!
I'm a apnea newbie who is about to buy my first freediving fins. The models I've narrowed it down to are Picasso black team and Sporasub H. dessault. Wich do you think will fit a newbie best.

My current record is about 18 meters (60 ft perhaps?) wich I took with a couple of scubadiving fins...

!Hola!
Never tried picasso black team yet, but the spora`s are okay. I got myself some cressi gara2000hf. Just love them!

Regards joe

hey,

i think both fins will work fine for you, it is probably more a matter of which one will fit you the best.

the sporasub does have interchangable blades, which is very convenient if you ever want to upgrade to carbon or fibreglass. the picasso foot pocket is glued on to the blade, and only has on screw so it doesnt fit other blades than picasso.

Therefore, if the sporasub fits you, I would go for that one. If not, the picasso is great too, I've heard many good things about it.

Good luck!
Erik

MonkeyMan has chosen the picasso model and got it today from the deeperblue shop...
I'm on my way down to the sea to try it out this afternoon...

See you in the deep blue...

Picasso black team

Tell me how they are! My girlfriend started on freediving and now wants to get some decent fins. I dind`t try picassos yet so i can`t say if they`re any good or not. Thanks in advance!
