hey!! I'm not training too much static, but streching, relaxation, and breathing techniques it's really efficient.
Nice streching on the chest, intercostals muscles, and diaphragm.
Breathing from the belly, feeling the belly going up and down, without any movement on the chest during 1:30min. or 2:00min.You can count 4 inhale and 8 exhale, so slow inhale and slow exhale, that make shure that u are not hiperventilated.
After take two or three nice full belly and full chest, fisrt feel your belly full, and after start to full your chest. Slow inhale, and slow exhale. The last one can be a little bit more fast and start with the static.
For relaxation, everyone have his own, should be can of meditation.
Thing abut something make u happy or something that u did hundret times. Like if u look a movie of yourself doing something nice..
Or focus on the sounds u have around, relaxing all of your muscles, even the thongue.
And of course traning it's the best to improve.
Do some warm up, like the first one untill contraction, the second static untill contraction plus 30sec. and the last one your maximum, so u activate the mammalian dive reflex, and get your body relax and ready!!
Hope will help for u !! have a nice training!!!!
