Naaah.. Not everyone have the physical and mental ability to reach 200m even if he train like Rune, Mullins, etc..

Our National record holder Aris Ioannidis did 176m and he still shares in full his trainning program but none of us is able to reach him unless we train for years and years..

Even if Rune share some of his training again I dont think there gonna be hundreds of people reaching 200m.

In any way, someone should be fool to believe that a record will remain forever unbroken as more physical advanced humans are now be borned. In years we all gonna be old models..

You want training tips, first learn to swim, understand how to move trough water, but really do it properly, floating is not swimming. Then learn underwater technique of DNF diving, BUT REALLY LEARN IT, getting from A to B is not DNF. Then adjust your weights. And then start to dive as long as you can and as often as you can. Do it for few years and without any problem you will reach 200m DNF.

Yes, Goran is right. Practice makes perfect. I enjoyed Rune's dnf kicks. Realy nice.

Ofcourse Goran is right. This is of fundamental importance. Train train train properly brings numbers. Never said the opposite.

I have noticed that Rune doesnt wear a noseclip. Holding the breath for long time decongests nose so I can understand that flowing chlorine water inside nose could be very irritant or does this feeling triggers a higher dive response???
