I have just got my waterway nemo fins in the post - i tried them last night - they seem alot more responsive than the sporasub dessaults and alot more propulsion for less enegry - or at least it seems that way.
Good power up from the bottom (not very deep so far...but better than the sporasubs). I got stiffness #2.
Only thing is the footpockets - I use sporasub footpockets in 44-46 size and the WW Nemos are 44-45 and to be honest they are too tight across the foot with 3mm socks.
So jsut a warning for those thinking about buying these footpockets with similar sized feet. I am a wide UK size 10.5
The footpockets seem narrower than the sporas. bout the same length but def. narrower.
(Any tips on stretching them ? Or is it better to drill two more holes in the blades and put them in my comfortable spora footpockets ?)
A good move from plastic - I would recommend anyone thinking about a second pair to try the WW fins - seem good and a nice step up from plastic without having to worry about carbon fibre fragility (perceived or otherwise).
cheers
Ed
