fish in hot tomatos sauce

easy to cook dish !!
staeks of gruoper or amber jack or king fish for 2 kilo approx
10 cloves of garlic
half glass of oil
3 hole hot chilli peppers ( even dry ones)
5 spoons of paste tomato
salt n pepper
1 spoon of grind Caraway
2 spoon of paprica
3 glass of water

put the oil in a midium casserole
slice the garlic and put them with the hot chilli peppers and paprica to cook
for 1 min mix good then put the tomato paste mix good for 3 more min
add the water and bring to boil with mixing all the time
add the salt n pepper and the grind Caraway
put in the fish cook with small heat for 25-30 min with a close casserole
serv with lemon juice and fresh home made bread
