Is anyone here involved in the changes in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary?
I'm curious about the changes on spearfishing regulations. I went over maybe hundreds of pages of documents but still cannot find details in changes in spearfishing and new No-Take zones besides Turtle Rocks.
