Quick question..I am into my second week of flu and no freediving, starting to lose my sense of humour a bit !!:duh
I am aware of the importance of not diving with any type of nasal or chest bug, but are there any doc's on the list who can advise me whether or not it's ok to continue just doing static or just pushing breath-hold training with a chest cold...at least to feel as though I'm not going backwards.
