free diver Watch Watch

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
got mine for 40 euro, around 60 dollars. will look for info on this mosquito you speak of. it is a bit annoying not to be able to see all your dives when you come ashore. but then again, don't have the cash right now.

I have been trying to read up on all the watches mentioned in this thread and the others on DB. I am looking for a watch for free diving/ spearfishing, and do not need any scuba functions. If it does look good that would be a bonus so I could wear it to work with a suit, but not required (the D3 is still in the running for me).

It seems like all of the Citizen watches accumulate dive time if you do a second descent within 10 minutes of the previous one. This is something I would like to avoid. I want each dive time to be counted (not accumulate) so when I look at the watch I know how long I have been down.

Besides the D3, what watches are specifically designed for freediving (individual dive time, surface inteval, depth, etc.) and avoid these problems seen with scuba watches?
