Hi everyone
Ok i'm totally new at this so i hope it works :) . Anyway, i was hoping to get into free diving but i would like to find out some more information about it first. Example what the training techniques are that most people use to increase their anaerobic endurance. Also if there is any strength training needed. Also, sorry to be a pain:eek:, but when is the competition phase of the sport and how long does it go for.And like how long would you need to train before you would be able to compete( eg 4 months etc).
thanks,
Steeny
