Hi, first of all sorry if this thread is not related to strict freediving training but if I post it is because I think it could be benefitial to train deeper aspects of your self and obviously related to the physiological being.
For those of you that think Qigong is too much or don't have time or the resources to get involved with this link will be of help since it is somehow related to that area.
