One of our own was lost in the element that we all love. Sounds like he was quite the waterman.

It's rather unfortunate that tragedy like this happens every year. I once read that world wide, fatality rate of freediving is about 40 per year. While most people think that freediving is crazy, I believe every freediving enthusiast understands our passion for this sports. Just as PJ's sister said, “It’s been hard, but I have such peace knowing he died doing what he loved.” Rest in peace, PJ.
