I'm looking for a new wetsuit for recreational freediving. Around XL in size, 5mm, standard spearfisher two part, long johns+jacket. For simplicity, I'd like to find one with nylon both inside and outside (not open cell. etc.), so I can put it on dry on land, and scratch it a bit on rocks, not tear open outer smootskin, etc. Just a good Sunday suit, if you will. Loadplate no biggie.
Any models people could recommend? Possibly from Scubastore.

I was looking for a double lined, two piece suit as well, but eventually gave up. I think Rob Allen makes them, but I went for a slightly oversized cressi apnea. It was quite cheap on scubastore and slides on easily when dry. Taking off is easy by unrolling.

I'm 183 cm, 80 kg and went for XL/7mm. There's a little air trapped in the suit, (back and neck) but after a couple warm up dives its ok. They call the inside "metallite", but I don't know what's the difference to open cell, maybe slides better? Still you need to be careful about tearing it with your nails.

The Rob Allen suits might be what you are looking for. I scuba with it and its held up (better than) great over the years.

If you don't mind spending a bit of cash and waiting a few weeks for delivery, I'd recommend a custom-made Elios suit. I bought a custom 3mm nylon lined (in and out) two-piece (long johns + hooded jacket) four years ago. It still looks like new, fits like a glove, is really easy to take on and off and is virtually indestructible. Elios offer a huge range of thicknesses, colours, types of neoprene - it just pays to be patient whilst you plod through exchanging emails with them before settling on the final spec.

Aqualandwetsuits will also make you a double-lined custom suit for cheap, but if you need 5mm, generally you want the warmth of open-cell in my experience.
