Every month, for the first two Sunday afternoons, 1pm - 5pm in a fantastic pool.
Run by me and Steve Gardner (he runs the induction session to pool training) this is a good opportunity for static and dynamic training. The pool is around 30m long and 4m deep and we have a roped-off area solely for freediving, thanks to the fantastic people at www.divingleisure.co.uk.
There is a small, regular group of us and this includes experienced spearos. We meet at a dive shop in Poole at around 12.30, then head for the pool. Someone can usually bring spare kit too.
The cost per session is £3 and please email martinr@fastmail.fm or freediveuk@aol.com (Steve) if you are interested.
A warm welcome (well, warmer than the just-warm-enough-pool!) and lots of enthusiasm awaits!
