Question Freediving and COPD

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Hi.

I'm damnedsmith, and I'm new to freediving.

Never done it in fact.

I have COPD, which is a contraindication, but I see that some people have it and still freedive.

Any thoughts or recommendations?
