Does anyone else find their apnea and dynamics reduce at a certain time of day? I went for a swim early this morning and found it pretty difficult to hold by breath for a decent amount of time.

I know that flexibility is dependent on time of day so flexibility of the diaphragm could also be affected. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I don't have lot's of experiences, but if I try to do apnea right after awakening, it seems to be really hard to get even basic times.

But, sometimes I used to go to pool at 6.30AM, (woke up something like 6.00AM) and there after few holds it works fine.

Maybe something to do with tiredness and maybe flexibility/relaxing also?
