This time we have the chance to talk to Natalie Rudman, South African Champion who explains us her personal insights about mind-body connection in freediving and yoga as her lifestyle.
Natalie is a Freediving and Yoga Instructor who teaches Traditional Hatha, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Meditation. She teaches in Bali and hosts yoga retreats in Asia and in the Caribbean. Along her freediving career she became 5 times South African National Record Holder and currently holds the records in Free Immersion at 60 meters and Constant Weight at 64 meters depth.

Didn't imagine that yoga can be so related to diving. But there's indeed this "connection". Amazing pics.

I cannot imagine how they can diving and yoga be combined. But the link doesn't work for me.

Hi
Same as OlivJasn…the link doesn't work for me.

I’m really curious about how does it look. I tried to open link in different browsers, but it doesn’t work. Could you please share some pictures, so we will be able to see how it looks like? I even tried to google some info about it and to see how it looks like, but I couldn’t find anything. Instead of that, I found a few nice yoga retreats on yogapractice.com. Now, I’m thinking of visiting California and spend a few days practicing yoga on a beach. I can’t wait when all this madness with COVID19 will be over, and we will be able to carelessly travel again.
