I just got word that our friend and instructor extraordinaire Kirk Krack just suffered from the "bends" while doing some underwater scooting down to 45 meters and more...
Is this a confirmed thing?
If so, I hope that he's already being treated for it and my sincerest wishes for a complete recovery.
This might be a reminder that we are getting to the extreme borders of our human nature.
Kird is a formidable freediver and one connaisseur people in this field, if it can happen to him, it can also happen to any one of us.

That incident with Kirk happened a few years ago; you can ask him about it.

Thanks for the clearing up. I had just read it in another Forum and it gave me the wrong impression it was something that had recently happened.
I always check your inputs and sharp questions and I appreciate your insights.
Cordially yours,

Ricardo
