I'm sure you'll find you'll plenty of folk to dive with in the Southhampton/Portsmouth area. As Batray said, the regional forums are probably the place to look & post. There are quite a lot of south coast spearo's on the forum too, if that interests you - some do SCUBA, underwater video, etc. as well.
