Freediving in Sardinia and the rest of Italy

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 90 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Any ideas on good spots for freediving in the south east of Sardinia, near Cagliari and Pula??
Am based here for the summer and want to go out exploring.
Also, anyone know of any good freediving training spots in Italy??
Any info much appreciated.
