Hello everybody! I'm 16 and i've started freediving in lake eacham in FNQ with a polish guy. Does anybody know if there will be a freediving comp in the area anytime soon? Or is anyone in the area interested in freediving with us?

G'day Nick,

There is talk of Nathan (Watts on the forum) organising one for early (January'ish) next year in Eacham. Watch this space. Also I believe there might be a pool comp in Gladstone around November. There used to be tons of freedivers in Cairns, I think they all got jobs or something now ;)

Cheers,
Ben

Hey Nick what's up? Heard you went alright at the lake on the weekend. Just take your time dude. Hope that suits goin good. Think you may need a two piece for winter though.
If there is enough interest we may do a comp in early new year. Cwt,cnf an fim. Hope to get up again before that to train though.
