its been a good few years since i have been researching breath hold techniques there seems to be lots of talk about FRC diving...

i am just a recreational diver / spearo and am a litte confused what the best training techniques are for me to improve

what do you suggest is the best training method for improving my diving.. :friday

What part of your diving is it you want to improve?

Numbers?

Feelings?

Number of fish?

Less Narcosis?

Swim technique?

Something else?
