Freediving terminology?

Hi all! newbie here...

I just started reading through all these interesting threads but I am having a hard time sometimes figuring out what each terminology means... for example it took me about 10 minutes to figure out what frenzel meant although I have always been using it all along. Is there a thread or site with description of what all this means? I am trying to figure out negative packing, and others :duh
