Surprising to meet another Israeli guy here, where are you from in Israel?
I heard some good things about the D3 as well, though I think it is priced here around 2000nis (you better check, I might be waaay wrong).
The only Minus I understood is that it's only for freediving, no scuba tables at all, but some poeple would'nt care about that.
