Freediving with orcas Tromsø, Norway (mid of November)

Hi!

Is there any possibility to freedive with orcas/whales in mid of November in Tromsø not through all week safari excursions (price is overwhelming :/) or short snorkeling tours. Like staying on the land, hiring someone with rib for 2 days, or joining local freedivers/spearfishers who go to search for whales by their own (of course with covering the cost of fuel, someone's time etc.).
I'll be grateful for any suggestions and help.
