Frenzel Equalizing Technique

I have been trying to figure this out for quite some time using this http://www.liquivision.ca/frenzel.doc doccument. I can do the toung piston and I was pretty sure I had control of the epiglottis but im not sure now. When I close it It is hard and i fell like im squezing my throat together, Is that wrong?:head But I just cant get control of the soft palate, could someone help me figure out how I can learn this? any help will be greatly appreciated.:)
