hi everyone
Please note that I have made a few changes to the safety guidelines on the website, please take a look, link from
www.saltfreedivers.com
Also, following a few meets recently where people have not showed up and we have ended up overspending on Scuba Angels, you are now asked to put your name and Saturday depth down by Wednesday lunch time of the week before the meet and to let us know by that time if you are unable to make it.
Death, destruction and act of god aside, if you put your name down, don't cancel before that date and fail to show up then you will be charged the £10 scuba fee for the weekend anyway. Repeat offenders might find there is no room on the list when they do want to come..... it's tough but it's life!
On a more pleasant note, our fantastic dive platform, four freedive lines and huge team of scuba Angels means we can now cope with more freedivers than ever before. You won't have to hang around and get cold waiting for others to dive. You can get out, eat, drink and make merry on the platform between dives and we can set your depth at virtually whatever you want (until you hit 75m)
Plus - the water is actually quite warm now (15c on top this weekend)
There are also rumours of a sled arriving later in the summer..
